Free Cancellation
Customers can cancel their booking for free if done within the specified notice period.
The free cancellation notice period is 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellation Process
Should you wish to cancel your booking, kindly notify the customer service team before sending your booking details. Our team will assist you in canceling and provide a confirmation.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to pickup timing will attract a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee shall be deducted from the original payment.
